Store Policy

Re-deliveries

- Redeliveries for purchases made 8/23/15 & after are available at the chalkboard in the lobby of my main store. Otherwise i will be glad to deliver one copy if your item is lost or damaged. Please provide the transaction details using my website Item Issue form. i avoid inventory clutter & am often not in-world, so please do not send notecards. 

Refunds/Replacements

- No refunds unless you made a double purchase by accident. Items are eligible for replacement on a case by case basis, usually if there is an error that needs fixing.

Troubleshooting 

- Please let me know as soon as possible if you encounter an error or issue with any of my products & i will do my best
to help.

- Useful tips to try first: for lost items clear cache & relog, relog @ Pooley sim & check your inventory again, check your recent tab & try modifying your filters. For item errors, check that your land has scripts & rezzing enabled, try rezzing at another location.

Textures

- You are allowed to share my full perm textures with a friend, alt or partner. You are *Not* allowed to resell my full perm textures individually or packaged. If you want to distribute them freely for a special purpose, or if you want to use them in another grid outside of SL, you must ask my permission first.

Bloggers

- i am currently seeking bloggers, please contact me or view my blog for an app. You are welcome to blog my items for events, however please send me a link to your post.

Gachas

- Only one exchange if the item is damaged. No other exchanges allowed. 

- Gachas are always No Copy/No Mod/Transfer. No custom permissions. Most of my items have resize scripts. 

- Only one replacement if you did not receive the item.
